Cancellation Within 72 Hours of the Wedding:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled wedding date.

Cancellation Within 4 Weeks of the Wedding:
- For cancellations made within 4 weeks of the scheduled wedding date, a 75% refund of the total payment will be issued.
- For cancellations made within 4 weeks of the scheduled wedding date, a 75% refund of the total payment will be issued.

Cancellation More Than 4 Weeks Before the Wedding:
- If the cancellation is made more than 4 weeks before the scheduled wedding date, a full refund of 100% of the payment will be provided.
- If the cancellation is made more than 4 weeks before the scheduled wedding date, a full refund of 100% of the payment will be provided.

Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

Cancellation by Eevating Events due to Extenuating Circumstances:
- In the rare event that Elevating Events needs to cancel services due to extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters, severe illness, or other unforeseen events, a full refund of 100% of the payment will be issued.
How to Request a Refund:
- To request a refund, please contact us at contactus@elevatingevents.co.uk and provide your name, wedding date, and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.
Exceptions:
- In case of extenuating circumstances such as a natural disaster or severe illness, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
